toot launches its blog advertising network
November 27th, 2006

Remember Ahmad’s post two months ago “toot: newborn to toddler!”
By now you might have an idea on what we were talking about, last week we launched our photo and video sharing website www.ikbis.com and just two days ago we launched the toot advertising network

The toot advertising network, which is still in beta, currently allows selected blogs on toot to place ads on their blogs and earn money. We believe it’s time for us to pay back for the brilliant reading time bloggers have given us for the past 11 months!

The toot advertising network is the first of it’s kind in the Arab world. We believe that connecting bloggers, marketers and audience is great for everyone! The network’s uniqueness lies in the fact that it allows advertisers to reach, we believe, the best blogs of Arabia, exposing their products and services to a great audience.

Disaster in Dubai!
June 7th, 2006

What?! Some people still live in rented houses in the UAE?! Poor people! I think Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, Iraq and all the other RICH Arab countries should donate to the UAE. Let’s start and initiative, we’ll call it a free house for every citizen in the UAE. It’s so pathetic not to own a house in your country! I mean doesn’t everyone own his house in Europe and the USA? I thought the concept of renting was gone a long time ago! This is a real problem in the Arab world, let’s give it some priority here!

Oh and does anyone have an extra house in Amman to donate? I currently live in a rented flat! I’m so pathetic!
