Allow participating bloggers to categorize their blogs according to country or to topic i.e. culture, politics, personal, etc. Then put all blogs under these categories, and just highlight those who are most interesting in each category (more fair this way)... and those highlighted should not just disappear after you renew the highlights, as in the case now... I have been using itoot for years and it still is a big mess to me.. the voting system never really worked, the highlights disappear when new highlights come in place.. i know there are design geniuses in the house.. please invest a little more in giving us a better site! it has become really hard to browse through the blogs already - what itoot really needs is a smart interface with some reasonable categorization…
